Shopping, step by step

After payment confirmation, products are purchased from suppliers, prepared at the warehouse, shipped and cleared through customs before delivery. Availability to order does not mean local stock is held in Syria.

Shipping depends on the product and available route and may be by air or sea. Review battery, liquid and other product restrictions. Enter accurate recipient, city and address details and choose office pickup or delivery when offered for your city.

Charges and timing

Order and delivery charges are shown before confirmation, and the accepted total is locked in the order. Do not pay undocumented additional order charges.
